We’ve been hunting again, and this time we were able to get our hands on a diamond distillery cask that was almost too good to be true! It held a high ester Port Mourant mark, and we fell in love immediately. It feels like an old Uitvlugt style Guyana made with a Jamaican approach. It might only be 10 years old but it shows great natural color, refinement and maturity.
From this release, this may be the bottle to try if you want to discover something new and exciting!
